Erin Rene Fowler Ewing

Smithfield--Heaven is shouting for joy at our sweet Erin René Fowler Ewing's return. She will light up the hearts of everyone that is waiting for her there as she did here on this earth. On Thursday, March 12, 2009 our Erin Rene was called home to her Father in Heaven--a deeply loved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and aunt. Erin was born in Long Branch, New Jersey on May 6, 1972 to Thomas B. and Jill Keyser Fowler, our Saturday's Warrior. She loved life to the fullest and lit up every room she entered. She loved her family above all. She married her sweetheart, Shayne Ewing on March 4, 1995 and they have three children, Gage, Kaleb and Isabelle She was predeceased by her Grandparents and maternal uncle. She is survived by her husband; children; parents; six siblings and spouses, Jenna, Daniele, Justin, Cassandra, Julia, and Alexis; many nephews and nieces; parents-in-law, Wayne and Diane Ewing; sisters-in-law and spouses, Ramona, Cheryl, Brenda, and Sandy. Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 St. Patrick's Day at the Smithfield 17th Ward Chapel, 345 E. 300 S., Smithfield. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 pm, Monday, March 16, at Nelson Funeral Home, 85 South Main, Smithfield and at the Church on Tuesday prior to services from 10:30 to 11:30. Interment will be in Smithfield Cemetery.
