Trenton- Joann Purser Ezola, 80, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013. She was born in Brigham City, Utah on July 28, 1932 to Lyman & Abbie Purser.
She married David Ezola on July 12, 1956 in Preston, ID. They were later sealed in the Logan Temple.
She graduated from Preston High School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints & served in various capacities such as: Relief Society, Primary, & Cub Scouts.
She has a great love for her grandchildren and taught them how to have fun and enjoy life. She especially loved the dandelion bouquets she received from the grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, David, her children, David & Sue Ezola, Pauline & Paul Udy, Scott & Judy Ezola, Don & Linda Ezola, her brothers, Gordon & Sterling Purser, her sister, Josie Purser & 19 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents & 7 siblings.
A viewing will be held at the Smithfield Nelson Funeral Home, 85 South Main, on Thursday, July 11 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Trenton LDS Ward Chapel, 1200 N 400 W, at 11 am on Friday, July 12. A viewing will be held prior to services from 9-10:30 am. Interment will follow at the Trenton City Cemetery.
