Kenneth Charles Dagley Ken passed away peacefully at home November 8, 2009 of natural causes. He was born in Missouri August 13, 1918 to Cecil James and Bertha Wise Dagley. His family moved to Colorado when he was very young and he was raised in a sod house. He helped his Dad on the farm and could drive 4 head of horses when he was 9 years old. He always loved horses and worked with them all his life. He enlisted in the army during WWII and served as ammunition sergeant. He married Genieve Funke and they were later divorced. He married Pat Larsen in 1965 and they enjoyed 44 wonderful years together. He always told her that she was the best thing that ever happened to him. He loved his three sons dearly and was very proud of their accomplishments. He was always happiest when he was involved with horses and cattle and after he retired, he enjoyed going to Colorado and helping Vance and Maria on their ranch. During his last years when he was sick, he delighted in teaching his grandson, Tristan how to be a cowboy and telling him stories of his cowboy days.
