Linda Kay Larsen

Linda Kay Larsen 65, died peacefully on September 17, 2018 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Linda was born November 3, 1952 to Wayne and Cherol Blake in Delta, Utah. Linda married Lynn Wyatt on May 3, 1973 in Logan, Utah; they had 5 children. They later divorced. She married Ron Larsen on March 13, 1999 in the Logan, Utah temple.
Linda was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving in several callings throughout her life. Her favorite calling was as a primary teacher. She was a great story teller and found joy in sharing the gospel with her young friends. She loved to study the scriptures and found peace through their teachings.
Linda was an excellent student and loved to read. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 1971. Before becoming sick Linda was very active. She liked to run, bowl, and she worked for many years at Maddox restaurant in Brigham City. She was a hard worker and was an avid gardener. Linda loved to draw, collect knickknacks, and sew and crochet clothing and dresses for her daughters. Halloween was her favorite holiday and she loved to design costumes that often won the ‘best costume’ awards. Linda was an animal lover and loved her kitties that would keep her company through the long days. Her favorite kitty was Forrest who loved to sit on her lap.
Linda love Chinese food, caffeine free Pepsi, popcorn, Black Jack gum, and being warm! She loved sitting in the sun. She enjoyed traveling with her husband around the country and seeing new places.
She is survived by her husband Ron; children Jen Clark (Dayne), Andrea Holmes (Jeremy), Brad Wyatt (Shawntae), Leslie Green (Cameron), and Stephanie Wyatt. Step-children Tamara Carlisle (John), Raymond Larsen (Mindee), Ryan Larsen (Dena), Christopher Larsen (Leslie), and Darren Larsen (Krysten). She had 30 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Richard.
A funral service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 @ 11:00 am at the Cobblestone 2nd ward building at 420 W. 100 N. Providence, Utah.
The family will greet friends prior to the service from 10:00-10:45 at the church.
