Michael D Scothern

May 2, 1953 — August 19, 2011

Michael D Scothern, returned home peacefully with his loving family at his side, on august 19, 2011, in Hyrum, Utah as his courageous fight with esophageal cancer came to an end. Mike believed in working hard and finishing what he started. He never turned away from a job that needed to be done or to help someone in need. He often put his skills as an auto mechanic to use helping family members and friends. He loved to spend time fishing and relaxing with his family outdoors whether it was playing cards, or spending time with his grandchildren in his backyard. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew this amazing individual.
