Smithfield - Sam Michael Schwab, infant son of Michael & Susanne Rose Johnson Schwab, passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, September 12, 2009. He was born September 9, 2009 in Logan with a special heart. He is survived by his parents, his brother and sister Allie and Jake Schwab and many grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins . Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the Smithfield 7th Ward Chapel, 79 East 200 South. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
