Wilma Lower Miller

Wilma Lower Miller, our beloved mother and grandmother completed her mortal journey on November 19, 2017 in Ogden, Utah.
Wilma and her twin William were born on January 24, 1925 in Lewiston, Utah to Nathan Leslie and Alice Elnora Leavitt Lower.
Wilma graduated from North Cache High School, in Richmond, Utah then went to work in the Engineering Department at Defense Depot Ogden.
While managing her Uncles restaurant in Lewiston the muscle bound and charming Ralph C Miller of Hyrum won Wilma's heart. Two weeks later while dancing at the Elite Hall in Hyrum, Ralph proposed, 10 days later, July 13, 1946 they were married in Pocatello, Idaho. Ralph adored Wilma and was ready to fight anyone brave enough
to give her a second glance. Ralph told Wilma everyday for the next 45 years how much he loved her and how beautiful she was.
Wilma is survived by 4 sons and 1 daughter, Danny & Jo Miller, Clinton, UT, Alan & Ruby Miller, Boulder City, AZ, Gerald & Pauline Miller, Farr West, UT, Theresa & Tracy Kidman, Newberg, OR and Lex & Marion Miller, Ogden, UT.
She is survived by 11 grandchildren, Greg & Ranolla Miller, Jeffrey & Brandy Miller, Nathan & Jodi Miller, Tara Kidman, Jarret Miller, Jessica & Mitch Eckersley, Chance Miller, Jesika & Tyson Bear and Kris Miller, ~ 9 great grandchildren, Jaden, Austin, Madison, Corbyn, Trevor, Oliva, Korbin, Kenzi and Grace and 1 great great grandson, Luke. She is also survived by her dear friends Don and Sherrill Wilson, Hyrum. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her parents, 5 brothers, Paul Lower, William Lower, Ted Lower, Calvin Lower and Jerry Lower and 2 Sisters, Alice Kirby and Donna Saenger. She was also preceded in death by her grandson Arthur Kidman.
Services for Wilma will be Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 12 noon
at the Nelson Funeral Home in Logan, Utah. A viewing will be held
prior to the funeral Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
Burial will be in the Hyrum City Cemetery
