Tremonton: Elva Jones Crane, 82, died April 27, 2005, at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. She was born January 15, 1923, in Evanston, Wyoming, the daughter of Robert William and Elva Eudora Lambert Jones. She married Arthur Don Crane on May 5, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served in the Primary, as Young Women's President, Ward and StakeRelief Society President, a Sunday School and a Seminary teacher. She served missions in St. Paul, Minnesota; South Dakota; Papau New Guinea; Brisbane, Australia, and Tuba City Arizona. She is survived by her husband Arthur; children, Pamela Larry Richardson of Brittany, LA; Cory DeNae Crane of Perry, UT; Wendy Louis Davison and Linda Gordon Cutler of Tremonton, UT; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Rowsell, Patricia Maudsley and Clara Borg. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at the Herriman City Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, April 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
