Samantha Veibell (Tisdale Johnson)

Came into this world on her due date of February 23, 1990 in Logan, Utah. She left this world on May 2, 2023 at the Ogden Regional Hospital, Ogden, Utah.

Sam was the pogo stick jumping champion of our neighborhood, with approximately 500 jumps. She was a beautiful swimmer. Most importantly she was a loving mom to Donovan (Tisdale) and Joey (Johnson). She loved them fiercely. Sam was a CNA in her younger years. She just graduated from Paul Mitchell School, giving beautiful haircuts/color to her children and friends. Sam was very artistic and would have been a great stylist. Sam had a quirky, silly and stubborn personality. That’s what made her Sam.

Sam is the oldest daughter of Kelly R. and Liz Meikle Veibell. She is also survived by older brother, Brandon (Felisha); sisters, Paige (Tyler) and Abby Melim (Kevyn); Grandma Marlene A. Meikle; boyfriend Justin Trexler, and 6 nieces and nephews. She’s proceeded in death by Grandparents Martin R. and Beverly Brough Veibell , Ralph K. Meikle and nephew Jason T. Veibell.

Sam has struggled for years and has taught us all many valuable lessons along the way. She is now at peace, but it will take a while before our hearts will quit hurting.

There will be a family viewing and a small service for close family and friends Saturday, May 6th by invitation. Interment will be at the Cornish Cemetery, Cornish, Utah.

We would like to thank family and friends who have been so supportive. Thanks to the staff at Cache Valley Hospital and especially the staff at Ogden Regional ICU Unit who have gone above and beyond their duties.
