Valeria Okel Howell Richardson

Valeria Okel Howell Richardson, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2003, at the Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Okel was born April 12, 1917, in Pikeville, Kentucky the daughter of Charlie and Sarah Leona Hall Howell. She married James Amos Richardson on November 7, 1945. She is survived by her children, Gary Connie Richardson, South Rockwood, MI, Glenda Bob Arnett, Easton, ME, Sylvia Ronald Stiles, Ferndale, WA, Philip Martha Richardson, Hyrum, UT, David Rose Richardson, Austin, TX, and Robert Pamela Richardson, Nibley, UT; her siblings Bea Ford, Ecorse, MI, Raymond Howell, Toler Creek, KY, Dolly Stevens, Harold, KY, Ocie Birchfield, OH, and John Howell, Toler Creek, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, James. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2003, in Presque Isle, Maine.
